Mustapha said that the  three men conspired to conduct themselves in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by unlawfully leading a group of boys to the complainant’s house,  Olajide Oyeyemi, and started beating her and the son.

He said that the offence contravened sections  451 and 355 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ogun, 2006.

However, the three men pleaded not guilty to the charges and the Chief Magistrate, Mr Mathew Akinyemi, granted them
bail in the sum of N200,000 each with sureties each in like sum.

Akinyemi adjourned the case until March 20 for further hearing.
